Simply put, enterprises are not just acting as intermediaries; instead, they gain exclusive sales rights for these innovative medical products in the Chinese market through capital investment. This ensures their unique advantage in market competition and lays the foundation for subsequent commercialization.
Lecheng fast-track commercialization relies on the special policies and ecosystem of the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone. On one hand, by leveraging the medical tourism model, the acquired innovative drugs/devices are launched in 31 institutions in Lecheng, providing high-end diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation services. On the other hand, using the Real-World Data (RWD) accumulated in Lecheng, we apply for nationwide approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) on behalf of partners. This enables a rapid commercialization path from preliminary application in Lecheng to nationwide market promotion, saving 80% of clinical trial costs and allowing entry into the market 3-4 years earlier.
